The most important thing to know about us: we love food! Whether cooking, serving, eating, or just talking about it, food is our profession and our passion. We make nearly everything fresh, to order, for you, and source as much local product as we can. Chef Matt has created great relationships with over forty farmers in the area and as the seasons progress, we have a constant supply of fresh goods coming in the back door. There is nothing better then a tomato picked off the vine that day, right down the road, and put on your plate that night.
Our menu changes seasonally and whenever inspiration hits. Because we are not a chain, we make the type of food we would like to eat. We have thick stacked sandwiches and hand tossed wood oven pizzas. Pasta dishes, seafood/pork/chicken entrees, fresh salads, and of course amazing steaks. Our signature item, and a must have, is the Build your own Bruschetta. With over twelve ingredients and garlic brushed toasts, this fan favorite is a treat for the eyes and the taste buds.
What we are is a local full service restaurant…what we strive to be is a place the community can count on for support. We believe that strong support of our community is good business. There so many ways to help, but we have created a few that are uniquely ours. Every Second Thursday we pick a different Non Profit group to invite their supporters in for a Wine and Appetizer Social. We provide a variety of light Hors d’oeuvres and Cash Wise of Baxter provides wine samples. For a marginal minimum donation, a patron can enjoy a night of good food, great drinks, and learn about a local non-profit. In addition to Second Thursdays, we have also contribute to or have created multiple fundraisers throughout the year for a variety of causes.
